How many Japanese IPs do you have?
About 3.3M residential IPs across Japan, in the Eternal Residential pool. The count was checked in September 2026 and changes every day, so it is rounded down. We do not publish pool sizes for the other products.
Are Japanese city names written in English?
Yes. Use the romanised names shown above, in lowercase, for example _city-tokyo or _city-osaka.
Can I target a prefecture or a city?
Yes. Add _region- for a prefecture or _city- for a city to the password. City names are lowercase with dots for spaces, for example _city-yokohama. The 40 cities above can be targeted today, and the dashboard generator always has the current list.
Can I target a postal code?
No. Targeting goes down to country, prefecture and city. For most local checks, the city is precise enough.
Can I keep the same Japanese IP?
A sticky session holds one Japanese IP for up to 60 minutes. Static Residential IPs, which never change, are not sold for Japan yet.
Is there an unlimited option for Japan?
It is planned. Unlimited Residential will offer unlimited bandwidth priced by speed rather than by GB. It is not on sale yet, and its country list will be published at launch.
Do I need a local address or ID to buy?
No. You need an email address, nothing else. Pay with crypto or card. There is no KYC.
