The differences that matter most
KYC and sign-up
Decodo runs automated checks on every new customer and asks for ID verification, a document and a selfie, when activity looks suspicious. Its help docs say ID verification also unlocks target groups that are blocked by default on residential proxies. VantixProxy asks for an email address and nothing else, on every product.
Unused traffic
Decodo monthly plans do not carry unused GB into the next billing cycle, and its pay-as-you-go traffic stays valid for 12 months. Eternal Residential traffic never expires, and our monthly plans carry unused GB over for as long as the plan is active.
Paying
Both take crypto and cards. Decodo also takes PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay and Apple Pay through its reseller Paddle, but not crypto for ISP or per-IP datacenter proxies. VantixProxy takes crypto through NOWPayments on every product, and cards through Stripe with 3-D Secure.
