Is there any time limit at all on the balance?
No. The GB you buy stay on your account until you use them.
Can I target a city and keep the same IP?
Yes. Add the country, region or city to the password string and set a session ID. A sticky session holds the same IP for up to 60 minutes. Leave the session out and every request gets a new IP.
What happens when I buy more?
The new GB are added to your existing balance. Volume discounts apply to each package as listed.
Can I share the balance with my team?
Yes. Create sub-users in the dashboard, each with its own credentials and bandwidth cap.
How is usage counted?
By the traffic that passes through the proxy. The dashboard shows usage per day and per sub-user, so you can see where the GB went.
