The differences that matter most
Price
Both sell residential traffic that never expires. Eternal Residential costs a little less at every size: $4.75 against $5 for 5 GB, and $750 against $800 for 1,000 GB. For steady monthly use, Budget Residential goes down to $0.49/GB, and DataImpulse has no monthly plans.
KYC and sign-up
DataImpulse does not ask for ID to buy. Its documentation says ID verification is needed to unblock websites it blocks by default, and to become a reseller. VantixProxy asks for an email address and nothing else, on every product.
Other products
DataImpulse is cheaper for mobile ($2/GB) and datacenter ($0.50/GB) traffic, and its sticky sessions last longer. VantixProxy adds Static Residential IPs that stay yours for 1 to 360 days, from $1.49 a month, and monthly plans.

Not to buy. Its documentation says ID verification is required to unblock websites that it blocks by default, and to become a reseller.
Does VantixProxy require KYC?
