Budget Residential proxy questions
What happens to the GB I do not use?
They are not carried over: each 30-day cycle brings the full plan amount, so pick the size that matches your month. Bandwidth that should never expire is what Eternal Residential is for.
How is Budget Residential different from Eternal Residential?
Price and billing. Budget is a monthly plan at $0.79 to $0.49 per GB. Eternal Residential is a one-off purchase at $0.95 to $0.75 per GB, and its balance never expires. Targeting, sessions and protocols are the same.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. There is no partial-month refund. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Can I buy an amount that is not listed?
No. This plan comes in the five sizes listed above. If you need an amount that never expires, or an unusual size, Eternal Residential lets you enter any number of GB at its entry rate.
How do I authenticate?
With a username and password, or by whitelisting your IP address. Both are available on every product.
Can my team share one plan?
Yes. Create sub-users in the dashboard, each with its own credentials, bandwidth cap and connection limit.
