Mobile proxy questions
Why are mobile proxies harder to block?
Mobile carriers share each public IP address between many subscribers. A platform that blocks the IP also blocks the real users behind it, so carrier ranges are treated with more care than any other kind of IP.
Mobile or Premium Residential proxies for social media?
Mobile suits app-first platforms that expect phone traffic. Premium Residential suits protected web targets. You can hold both on one account.
Can I keep the same IP while I work in an account?
Yes. A sticky session holds the same IP for 1 to 60 minutes. If you need one address that never changes, look at Static Residential proxies.
What happens to the GB I do not use?
They are not carried over: each 30-day cycle brings the full plan amount, so pick the size that matches your month. Bandwidth that should never expire is what Eternal Residential is for.
Can I buy an amount that is not listed?
No. This plan comes in the five sizes listed above. If you need an amount that never expires, or an unusual size, Eternal Residential lets you enter any number of GB at its entry rate.
How do I authenticate?
With a username and password, or by whitelisting your IP address. Both are available on every product.
