Getting started
The basics, before you sign up.
What is VantixProxy?
A proxy provider founded in 2026. We sell residential, datacenter and mobile proxies with public prices and no KYC. More on the About page.
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
No. You sign up with an email address and we never ask for identity documents. We do watch for payment fraud and abuse reports. The Verification Policy says exactly what triggers a manual review.
Which product should I start with?
If you are not sure, start with 5 GB of Eternal Residential for $4.75. It covers most scraping and account work, and the balance never expires. The use cases pages match each job to a proxy type. If price matters most, Eternal Residential Lite is the same never-expiring idea from $0.59/GB, HTTP only.
Is there a minimum purchase or a contract?
The smallest order is $4.75. There is no contract and no sales call, and every tier is on the pricing page.
How quickly can I start after paying?
Your balance is added as soon as the payment confirms. Then you generate your proxy list in the dashboard and connect.

Which proxy types do you sell?
Eight are live: Eternal Residential, Eternal Residential Lite, Budget Residential, Premium Residential, Datacenter, Mobile, Rotating ISP and Static Residential. Unlimited ISP and Unlimited Residential are coming soon.
What targeting is available?
Country, region and city targeting on the residential, datacenter and mobile products. Rotating ISP targets by country. Static Residential is available in the US, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Italy, Poland and China.
Do you offer rotating and sticky sessions?
Yes. Take a new IP on every request, or hold one IP with a sticky session from 1 to 60 minutes. A Static Residential IP never changes.
Which protocols do you support?
HTTP and SOCKS5 on every product except Eternal Residential Lite, which is HTTP only.
How do I authenticate?
With a username and password, or by whitelisting your IP address. Both work on every product.
How many IPs and countries do you cover?
Eternal Residential draws on 80M+ residential IPs in 195 countries. We do not publish pool figures for the other products.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. Create sub-users, each with its own credentials, bandwidth cap and connection limit. The dashboard also has an API and webhooks.
Bandwidth and billing
How the GB, the plans and the per-IP prices work.
Does my bandwidth expire?
Not on Eternal Residential or Eternal Residential Lite: they are bought once and never expire. Monthly plans run in 30-day cycles, and GB not used by the end of a cycle are not carried over. Static Residential has unmetered bandwidth.
Do unused GB carry over on monthly plans?
No. Each 30-day cycle brings the full plan amount, and GB not used by the end of the cycle are not carried over. If usage is irregular, Eternal Residential or Eternal Residential Lite never expire.
Can I buy an amount of GB that is not listed?
On Eternal Residential and Eternal Residential Lite, yes: enter any number of GB and it is charged at the entry rate. The monthly plans come in the five listed sizes.
How is Static Residential priced?
Per IP, not per GB: $1.49 per IP per month in the United States and $2.79 elsewhere. You can buy 1 to 100+ IPs for 1 to 360 days, and longer terms are discounted at checkout.
What are the Unlimited products?
Unlimited ISP and Unlimited Residential are coming soon. Both have unlimited bandwidth and are priced by speed, not by GB: Unlimited ISP from 25 to 1,000 Mbps in the United States only, and Unlimited Residential from 25 to 2,000 Mbps.
Can I hold several products at the same time?
Yes. Any mix of products can sit on one account.
Payments and refunds

How can I pay?
With crypto through NOWPayments (BTC, USDT, ETH and more), or by card through Stripe with 3-D Secure.
Can I get a refund?
Card payments: within 7 days on unused balance. Crypto payments: not once the bandwidth is delivered, unless we failed to deliver. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time, with no partial-month refund. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
From the dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
What happens if I file a chargeback?
The account is suspended while the dispute is open. Talk to us first: most payment problems are solved faster through support.
I paid, but my balance has not arrived. What now?
Send your account email and the order ID through live chat or the contact page. For crypto payments, add the transaction hash.
Privacy and rules
What we keep, and what we do not allow.
Do you log my traffic?
No. We store your email address, payment references and usage totals. We keep no logs of the content of your traffic. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Where is the service hosted?
Our infrastructure is hosted in Iceland and the EU.
What is not allowed?
Illegal access, spam, fraud, DDoS, credential stuffing and anything targeting critical infrastructure. The Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.
What happens when you receive an abuse report?
We check it. Accounts are terminated on verified reports. Reports go to [email protected].

My proxy is not working. What should I check?
Run it through the proxy tester in the dashboard first. Most failures are a wrong port or wrong credentials. If the tester fails too, check network status and then contact support.
How do I set up a proxy in my tool?
Generate your list in the dashboard and paste host:port:user:pass into the tool. The setup guides cover the common browsers, scrapers and automation tools.
