AdsPower gives every browser profile its own proxy. This guide covers adding a proxy to a profile, checking it, matching the fingerprint to the IP, and setting up many profiles at once.

Before you start
Three things to have ready.
Your proxy line
Copy the host, port, username and password from your dashboard. For accounts, a Static Residential IP per profile is the usual choice: static.vantixproxy.com, port 1006.
One proxy per profile
Two profiles on one IP look like one device with two accounts. The antidetect browser proxies page explains why.
A fingerprint check
Our browser fingerprint checker shows what a profile gives away.
Step 1: Add a proxy to a profile
Open the profile’s proxy settings, choose a custom proxy, and fill in the four details. Run the proxy check before you save: it shows the IP and country the profile will use.

In the profile’s fingerprint settings, let time zone, language and location follow the proxy IP, and have WebRTC show the proxy’s address. The profile then tells one consistent story.

HTTP or SOCKS5 in AdsPower?
Both work. SOCKS5 is the usual choice. Eternal Residential Lite is HTTP only, so pick HTTP for it.
The proxy check fails. What should I check?
The type (HTTP or SOCKS5), the host and port for your product, and the login. If you whitelisted your IP instead, leave the username and password empty.
Static IP or rotating proxy for a profile?
Static for any profile you log in with, so it keeps the same IP. Rotating IPs suit profiles used only for browsing and research.
Why does the profile show the wrong time zone?
The profile is probably set to a fixed time zone. Switch time zone and language to Based on IP.
Does this work for SunBrowser and FlowerBrowser profiles?
Yes. Both profile types take the proxy in the same place.
