The basics: one proxy line, three ways to write it

Generate your list in the dashboard and copy it. Each product has its own endpoint, listed on the network status page. You can sign in with a username and password, or whitelist your IP address and skip the credentials.

_country-US Two-letter country code
_region- Region or state
_city-new.york City, in lowercase, with dots for spaces
_session-ab12cd34 Any ID. Same ID, same IP.
_lifetime-10 Minutes to hold the IP, up to 60

These targeting options are the Eternal Residential format: they go after your password. For every other product, copy the finished line from the generator in your dashboard.

Anti-detect browsers

One browser profile, one proxy. Use a sticky session or a Static Residential IP so the profile keeps the same address.

AdsPower

Open or create a profile and go to Proxy
Choose Custom, then HTTP or SOCKS5
Paste the host and port, then the username and password
Click Check proxy, then save

Works the same for SunBrowser and FlowerBrowser profiles.

GoLogin

Open the profile settings and go to Proxy
Choose HTTP or SOCKS5
Fill the four fields from the generator: host, port, username, password
Click Check proxy, then save

Kameleo

Create or edit a profile and open the Proxy section
Choose HTTP or SOCKS5 as the connection type
Enter the host, port, username and password
Test the connection, then start the profile

Browsers and Windows

System-wide proxy settings ask for the username and password in a pop-up. If that gets in the way, whitelist your IP in the dashboard instead.

Firefox

Open Settings and search for “proxy”
Click Settings under Network Settings
Choose Manual proxy configuration
Enter the host and port under HTTP Proxy, and tick “Also use this proxy for HTTPS”
Click OK, then enter the username and password when Firefox asks

Windows 10 and 11

Open Settings, then Network and Internet, then Proxy
Under Manual proxy setup, click Set up
Turn on Use a proxy server
Enter the host as the address and the port
Save. Chrome and Edge use this setting and ask for the credentials on the first page load

Chrome and Edge

Both browsers use the Windows proxy setting above
For one proxy per browser profile, use an anti-detect browser instead
For testing only, start Chrome with –proxy-server=http://host:port after whitelisting your IP

Troubleshooting

Run the same line through the proxy tester in your dashboard first. If it passes there, the cause is in the tool.

What you see	Likely cause	Fix
407 Proxy Authentication Required	Wrong username or password, or your IP is not whitelisted	Copy the line again from the generator, or add your current IP to the whitelist
Connection refused or timed out	Wrong host or port for the product	Check the endpoint on the network status page
Works in the tester, fails in the tool	The tool is set to SOCKS5 but the line is HTTP, or the other way round	Match the proxy type in the tool to the one you chose
The IP is in the wrong country	The country code is missing or misspelled	Use the two-letter code in capitals, for example _country-DE
The IP never changes	A session ID is set, so the IP is held	Remove the session part, or change the ID to get a new IP
Traffic stopped suddenly	The balance reached zero or the monthly plan ended	Check the balance and plan in the dashboard

Setup questions

Where do I find my proxy username and password?

In the dashboard. The generator builds the complete line for you, with the targeting and session options you pick.

Should I use HTTP or SOCKS5?

Both are supported on every product except Eternal Residential Lite, which is HTTP only. Use HTTP unless your tool asks for SOCKS5 or you need to carry traffic that is not web traffic.

Username and password, or IP whitelisting?

Username and password work from anywhere. IP whitelisting is easier for tools that cannot send credentials, such as Selenium with Chrome or a system-wide proxy, but it only works from the IPs you add. It works on every product.

Which endpoint belongs to which product?

Each product has its own hostname and port. The full list is on the network status page.
